Yaya Toure Leaves Olympiacos after only three months with the club
Toure has just spent three months at the Greek side club having signed on a free transfer in September. Toure who fell short of Pep Guardiola’s plans at City played only five matches for Olympiacos.
He is reportedly to have said good bye to his team mates during a training session on Tuesday.
According Daily Mail, Greek radio station Sport24, reports that the Ivorian fell short of the manager’s expectation at the club.
He won Champions League with Barcelona and three Premier League titles at Manchester City.The Four time African Player of the year won the Africa Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast.
Toure played for Olympiacos in the 2005-06 season before returning back in September 2018. He had spells in Belgium and Ukraine, before moving to Monaco.
Toure made his name more when he joined Barcelona in 2007, before moving on to Manchester City in 2010.
