Highlights Manchester City 2-3 Manchester United April 07 2018

Manchester United extended Manchester City’s title glory with a remarkable courtesy of three second half goals from Pogba and Smalling at Ethad Stadium.

City had a two-goal lead from the first half with Vincent Kompanys thumping header and Ilkay Gundogan’s neat finish that opened City’s title victory chances.

A brace from Paul Pogba pulled them level before Chris Smalling volleyed home from Alexis Sanchez’ free kick to put them in front.

City had strong appeals for a penalty turned down when Ashley Young scythed down Sergio Aguero in the box.

David De Gea produced a great save late in the 89th minute on to deny Aguero, before pushing a Raheem Sterling effort onto the post to ensure City’s quest for the title is not over yet.
