Elsewhere, Raja Casablanca will face Joseph Ochaya’s TP Mazembe in the other match while Zamalek have been drawn against Esperance in another mouth-watering quarter-final encounter.
Lastly, Wydad Casablanca, who finished second behind Sundowns in Group C will battle off with Etoile du Sahel for a place in the semi-finals.
The winner between Sundowns and Al Ahly will face the winner between Wydad Casablanca and Etoile du Sahel.
This means that the winner between Zamalek and Esperance will come up against the winners between Raja Casablanca and TP Mazembe in the last four.
